You can read The Prayers of Jesus on your own or in a group; it gives you the tools for leading the sessions, such as prayers, activities, background on the particular prayer of Jesus, discussion questions, and a prayer activity for the group.
Waverley Resources and I also produced an online course, which takes you through the material, filmed on the amazing grounds of the Waverley Abbey ruins.
