Watercolor Wednesday: God the Master Artist
My daughter and I have been sorting through her stuff so that I can build a new desk bed in her room. When flipping through the piles of paper, I came across this watercolor by my dad that I don’t remember seeing. What a treasure! I love the swathes of colors, evoking memories of gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. God, the master painter.
What treasures have you unearthed lately?

My wife Priscilla and I have been guided by ODB (separately) since childhood in 1950s, then together as a couple. The Lord has used it for spiritual benefit since its beginning in so many lives!
PEACE. (your article for 4-19-18; What a wonderful possession!
I have a wonderful memory of peace. While I was a sea-going sailor in the 1960s, there were many demands on our time, and even more so during Vietnam War. But I often looked for a glorious sunrise and/or sunset, which was a source of peace for me as I was reminded that God our Creator and Redeemer has not changed, that He is the
unchanging and faithful Creator and Redeemer and Peacegiver ALWAYS!
SO, WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO BRITIAN? Or are you a native?
Hello Ken! How lovely to hear from you and your thoughts on peace. Sunrises and sunsets on the water – one of my all-time favorite things!
I got to the UK through my English husband! Lots of stories to tell about life here, and God’s grace in finding my identity in him and making a home. In fact, I’ve written about it in my first book, Finding Myself in Britain. I come from Minnesota originally!
Bless you!
